CHEF ENRIQUE SOCARRAS

With over 25 years of dedicated service to the Denver dinning scene, chef Enrique Socarras has helmed kitchens for Big Red F restaurant group, Sushi Den, and Cuba Cuba cafe and bar, just to name a few. Socarras began his career at a young age working the Miami restaurant circuit as a line cook for chefs Norman Van Aken and Douglas Rodriguez, honing his craft alongside some of Miami’s best. Enrique’s passion for food and hospitality allow him to continue to create culinary experiences that are diverse and exciting to the audience and palette.
